AAV - Audio and Video

AAV Audio and Video, Ltd was established in 1989. It evolved as an outgrowth of other installation companies, but was established with the philosophy that service was the most important ingredient for an installation company. We want to establish a lasting relationship with our customers beyond the initial selling of a system. On the East End of Long Island, any number of companies from other areas (or even local firms) install systems, selling lots of equipment, and then fail to give the kind of back-up service that today's systems need and customers deserve. Every year we gain some of our new customers by taking over for other companies that sold large systems and failed to serve the client properly.

AAV is an installation company. We firmly believe that our service is what sets us apart from other companies. With that in mind, we recommend what we feel is appropriate for a given application, selection from various manufacturers of products based on our experience with those products and companies, not because we stock them or have dealership quotas. For that reason, if there is a product or company specifically requested by a customer, every reasonable effort will be made to supply that to the customer (at competitive prices) or reasons given for not doing so.
